Packages are generally sent 2 days after payment. We use Colissimo or UPS services which both provide you with a tracking number (signature required).
The tracking link is available in your Customer account.
Please note that there will be no deliver on Saturday with UPS.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs. These are fixed costs, whereas delivery depends on the weight of the package.
Orders are shipped from France. For deliveries outside of the European Union, customs fees and import taxes may be charged to the customer.
LodinG must be informed of return within 15 days after the reception of the order. The parcel must be shipped within 30 days after its reception.
With the exception of a mistake in preparation, return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
Other than defective items, all returned articles must be received in their new and original condition to be considered for a refund or exchange. Original packaging and labels must be accompanied with the package.

Otherwise, LODING cannot be responsible for loss, refund or exchange.

For exchanges, we send new item upon receipt of the original purchase at our expense from our warehouse, within the limit of one exchange.
For France, delivery costs fixed at 10 Euros including VAT will be charged to the Customer for each delivery from the second exchange of the same order.
For European Union countries, these costs will be 15€.
For other countries, these costs will be 25€.
The return is at the expense of the customer, as indicated in previous section.
